Problems Walking At 9 Months Pregnant – Clara Crisp

At 9 months pregnant, I am having a lot of mobility issues. I start sitting, talking about how everything feels really tight and that makes it difficult to get up and move around easily. I stand up with a support belt around my waist under my belly, hunched over and waddle over to lean on the wall to give my body a chance to loosen up enough to move around. I talk about where I’m feeling pain and how sometimes getting up and walking causes mild contractions starting in my back. I have to wait until I can stand up straight enough to walk, even though my belly wants to pull me forward. I struggle to walk back and forth, as I talk about how some days I can’t get up much at all. I don’t know if my support belt helps much or not. I talk about how I think it is more an issue with my joint alignment more than my belly weight. I take the belt off and slowly try to move around some more. I find it all very frustrating since the issues have been getting worse over the last couple months, as I get more and more pregnant. Once I’m able to stand up straight, I talk about where I feel tension and strain on my body. I limp as I continue walking, forward and sideways, using the wall for support as I need.
